Keep Fit style movement classes adapted for the senior generation for both mental and physical well-being as well as social connection, or a traditional dance lesson with familiar, nostalgic tunes from the bygone decades. 

Lessons are provided to retirement, care homes and assisted living accommodation either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Twilight Dance sessions

Benefits of our sessions

~ Improvement in strength in arms, wrists, ankles, hips and core in particular which assists with balance and fall provention.

~Joint Mobility; gentle dance steps and seated dance moves, for those struggling with impact movement.

~ Cardiovascular Health - Even 20-30 minutes of moderate tempo dance improves circulation and blood pressure.

~ Memory and Coordination 

~ Mood Boost; induces serotonin and dopamine to add to mental well-being.

~Reduces isolation, sense of belonging to a group and an opportunity to engage in new friendships.

We provide music from our appropriately chosen playlist and a speaker. We also provide aids and props to make the sessions more stimulating and engaging.
